Project Undertake: Bus Depot, Bus Terminal

Scope of works:

·         Preparation of submittals for submission to consultants

·         Preparation of Coordinated Services Drawings (CSD)

·         Oversee and monitor progress of construction works

·         Checking of drawings from consultants and subcontractors for discrepancies before installation

·         To liaise with subcontractors for the execution of works on site

·         To carry out coordination of M&E, trades before execution of works

·         To investigate installations with reference to drawings, and implement corrective actions on technical, operational, and quality issues.

·         To resolve technical issues experienced on site

·         Management of subcontractors for various disciplines

·         Testing and commissioning prior to handover to owners


Requirements: Degree in M&E Trade

3+ years relevant experience, must be full M&E work involved

Must have LTA project experience;

Open to consider foreigner, but CV must be 100% perfect

§  Stay contactable and response to the Authority in a timely manner.

§  Attend investigations of public feedbacks and/or complaints.

§  Prepare report and minutes after meeting with stakeholders.


§  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Communications / Marketing.

§  At least 10 years of work experience in Public Relations, preferably with experience as a PRO in the Construction industry.

§  Have excellent communication skills (oral and written)

§  Excellent client management skills, able to engage effectively with customers and stake holders

§  Time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and engage with different levels of the organization

§  Must be able to travel to construction site to gather data and consult with builders and architects, to collect data regarding equipment or to other job site where CAD drawings will be used.
